This archive is part of the Morecambe Winter Gardens Heritage Project and, with your help, will build an on-line library that tells the history of both the Winter Gardens and the resort of Morecambe. Range of Contents Please explore the different areas of the archive and make sure to come back soon as we will be updating this part of our site regularly. We accept attachments in the form of:
1. Microsoft Word documents
2. jpeg images (please try not to send large files over 3 Meg)
3. Audio and movie files in the following formats: mpeg, wav, mp3
We are especially looking for your memories of the theatre but The Archive is also a place to reminisce about the old days in Morecambe so, if you danced on the pier, saw Thora Hird at The Royalty, stayed at the Midland Hotel or train-spotted on Promenade Station, we'd love to hear from you.
