Returns Policy
We hope that you are satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied, you may return most items sold by us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Any items that are not eligible for a replacement or refund are highlighted below under Ineligible Returns/Replacements. In the event of a refund being issued, the purchase price of the item plus any VAT will be credited.
How to Return an Order
If you need to return an order you must request RMA number from us. You can do this via our RMA request form. Please follow the instructions given to you after requesting the RMA number. We can not process a return without an RMA number. Items that have not RMA number cannot be accepted and will be returned to you and. Any shipping costs will be charged to you if you have not requested an RMA number.
Requesting a Replacement
If the item you wish to return is damaged or defective we will replace it for you at no extra cost. You cannot exchange the item for a different item. If the item you return is found to be not faulty, you will incur the shipping costs for returning the item to you.
Requesting a Refund
When requesting an eligible refund, you will be refunded for the price of the item as well as the per pound shipping rate. All eligible refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
Ineligible Returns/Replacements
We cannot accept for return or replacement any item that has been opened, unless it arrived damaged or defective. If an item was sold as part of a set, individual elements of that set cannot be returned for a refund or replacement. The whole set must be returned.
Processing Your Return
Please allow 14 for us to process your return. You will receive an email informing you that we have received your return and another email once your order has been processed. If, after 5 working days, you have still not received an email or your replacement/refund please contacts us. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for any eligible refund to appear on you accounts statement.
Undeliverable Shipments
When packages are returned to us as undeliverable we will attempt to contact you via email or phone to obtain a different delivery address. If you are concerned about the delivery of your order you can log in to your account at any time to check the status of your order.
Cancelling or Changing an Order
If you wish to amend or change your order please contact us via email or phone. Once you order has been dispatched the order cannot be amended or cancelled, with the exception of any remaining items in a partially shipped order.
